Little Daisy and her sister Alessia came to this world (and under our protection) when their poor mum Xena, a friendly street cat, was struggling to give birth on a chilly spring morning in the yard of a church.
A lady attending service noticed her and asked for help, so a very young and in labour Xena was rushed to our vet where an emergency C section needed to be performed, as one of the babies was in a wrong position and natural birth was not possible.
Daisy and Alessia spent the first couple of days in an incubator and being bottle fed, while mum recovered after the ordeal and after her spay.
Then they were reunited with Xena who, although a young first time mummy, took impeccable care of them, bringing them up to be the gorgeous, healthy and playful little girls you can see today.
Both Daisy and Alessia (and of course Xena) are now ready for adoption and waiting for their furever family to see them and shower them with much love.
These beautiful little ladies are looking very much alike, but Daisy has a pink little nose while Alessia has a brown little nose. Both their little noses require a huge amount of kisses each day.
Her own personal quirk is that Daisy brings out a sharp meow whenever the hand of her foster mum reaches out to pet her, and we have several ridiculously funny videos to prove it. :))
Daisy would like to go to a home where there is at least one resident kitty for her to play with.
Open your heart today to this beautiful little family and help us close the circle by giving each of them the happy ever after they deserve.
