Wonderful little Minnie is searching for a new home where she can truly be happy again.

Her current owner is absolutely heartbroken to have to make this decision, but is doing so out of selfless love and thinking of Minnie’s best interest.

You see, Minnie and her mum used to live in a lovely bungalow with a secure garden, where Minnie adored spending her days basking in the sunshine, feeling the breeze in her fur, exploring safely, and chasing butterflies.

But life is never a straight line.

After five happy years there, the house was sold by the landlord. Their new home is on a busy road and has no garden, which means Minnie can no longer enjoy the outdoors safely and must now live strictly indoors.

Sadly, after three months, sweet Minnie still seems deeply unhappy with this sudden change, and her loving mum fears she is becoming depressed.

So with the heaviest of hearts, we are hoping to find Minnie a family who can offer her not only endless love and care, but also a safe garden, catio, or similarly secure outdoor space where she can enjoy life again.

And oh, what a lovely little soul she is.🥹

Minnie is an adorable 6-year-old ginger shorty with the sweetest nature imaginable. Her favourite place in the world is curled up on her human’s lap, receiving tummy rubs and affection.

She is playful too, and absolutely loves chasing ping pong balls around the house.
A true little sun worshipper, Minnie will always find the sunniest spot available and make herself comfortable there.

As she has always lived in a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic, Minnie has absolutely no road sense, so any outdoor access must be very safe and secure.

She also loves her delicious food and giant scratching posts. In fact, Minnie is reportedly such a little goody-two-shoes that she has never even scratched furniture – can you believe it? 🥹

And if that wasn’t enough, this dream girl will even tolerate fireworks, as long as she is safely cuddled up on your lap.

Minnie simply is perfection in cat form.🐾

In her current home, she has lived as an only cat, but she has always shown interest in befriending neighbouring cats. Back when she was still in our rescue, Minnie happily lived with other cats and even with a dog, so we believe she could also happily share her home with 1–2 friendly cats or even a calm, cat-friendly dog.
