From the streets to our hearts… that’s Onyx’s story.
This young black beauty used to wait patiently outside our shelter, day after day, hoping for her sachet of food – always greeting us with happy meows and the loudest purrs. We were only planning to TNR her, but she made it impossible to walk away.
Her charm? Irresistible.
Her affection? Endless.

Onyx is a total love bug – playful, cuddly, and totally entertaining.
She has the character of a little diva and she knows exactly how to get your attention… usually by dramatically flopping onto her back and showing off her belly while rolling around and demanding fuss and praise.
It’s impossible not to smile when Onyx is in the room!

Her secret weapon? A pair of adorably cross-eyed peepers that make her expressions absolutely hilarious.
You can’t stay sad when Onyx is around!

Onyx survived for many months on the unforgiving streets – and now she thrives with a sparkle in her eyes and a song in her heart. However, a shelter is not a home and she is so much yearning for people of her own to keep her well loved and extra spoiled.
